- Answer calls from multiple lines and promptly direct call as needed.
- Handle all calls (incoming/outgoing) with professionalism and confidentially.
- Verify customer information for correctness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years call center experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Great communication skills
- Bilingual Preferred
