Working within Global Mobility, your mission will be to navigate systems, tools, and resources throughout the lifecycle of the transferee / assignee / sponsored team member to effectively execute and monitor routine processes. It will be important to understand how all aspects of HR processes are impacted by the Global Mobility team to ensure the end to end execution is completed accurately. Your focus will be to maintain a prioritized awareness of the brand experience and strive to respond to the individual's needs through timely communications and ongoing support. Your primary responsibilitiesincludeengagement in the Target immigration work inclusive of: ongoing communication, compliance and legislation, data governance, and policies and processes, as applicable, as well as the management of key compliance processes across the transferring team member population. 

As a Global Mobility Business Partner, you'll influence both internal and external partners, initiate activity and consult on immigration to/from external legal partners and internal HR leaders.You will act as a liaison to cross functional partner teams and play a key role in internal database management, appropriate documentation, monitoring mobility and immigration trends, as well as involvement in training, as applicable. Your knowledge, expertise, and critical thinking will be leveraged to research and respond to situations that surface in relation to Global Mobility and Immigration practices.Your strong attention to detail will be critical to theweekly, monthly and annual year end routines affiliated with team member compensation, reporting, and audits.

About you: 

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • 3 years of experience in human resources  

  • Experience working with global teams/business partners 

  • High attention to detail

  • Analytical and technical experience 

  • Demonstrated strong problem solving ability

  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams, business partners, and transferees

  • Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing remote teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience in managing projects 

  • Preferred working knowledge of US immigration practices

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
