Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Staffing Partners, Inc has an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. Our client is looking for a bookkeeper/office manager who is looking for a part-time, low-pressure, very flexible schedule in a small family oriented company.
The Ideal candidate would have experience with QuickBooks, managing accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations. This position will be reporting directly to the owner.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-assisting with day-to-day operations which may involve answering phones
-preparing documents for taxes
-run daily cost accounting reports
-working with websites such as PayPal and Amazon to process orders and maintain inventory.
-Performs other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
-High school diploma or GED
-1+ year in administrative experience
-Excellent communication skills
