Health & Wellness Program Coordinator
Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as our Health & Wellness Program Coordinator. This position leads and manages Behavior Change Communication (BCC) strategies in a variety of projects throughout Winona State University. Responsibilities focus on the design, implementation and evaluation of BCC strategies for health and wellness promotion on campus using social media, target population level channels, interpersonal communication, and technology. A major focus of this position is on participatory learning and action to enable the empowerment of students.
Primary topic areas include but are not limited to the following: holistic wellness, health and hygiene, prevention and proactive actions for well-being, addressing emotional issues, substance abuse prevention and early intervention, and other areas uniquely encountered by the student population.
Minimum qualifications for this position are a bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field and Evidence of health education/health promotion, wellness and/or behavior change communication experience in higher education.
