Staffing Partners is looking for customer service professional for one of our clients in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis. This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $14-$15, depending on qualifications. The temp duration will last approximately three months. Full benefits including 401K with a match are offered when the opportunity converts to a permanent position. The hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday, with 1-2 Saturdays required per month.  


  • Answer inbound calls 
  • Respond to customer emails
  • Process and sort customer orders
  • Provide exemplary customer service with a "above and beyond" mentality
  • Provide product knowledge
  • Help customers through order process
  • Additional duties as assigned 


  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Be proactive in anticipating any issues
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
