We seek experienced inside/outside sales account executives to work out of our Cottage Grove, Minnesota office to add to our rapidly growing team. You must have a drive to exceed quotas and develop into a future leader within the organization. Advance your skills with weekly trainings on consumer behavior, omnichannel marketing strategies, and SaaS software sales, led by some of the top thought-leaders in the lodging software industry. Account Executives

Sell Marketing Distribution products in an outbound inside phone sales environment building a customer portfolio of independent resorts, lodges, hotels, inns and ranches across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Proactive in driving revenue and managing all stages of the sales-cycle.
    1+ Years of Phone Sales Experience.
  • Coachable, honest and believe in strong core values to keep you motivated.

Regional Solutions Sales Executives (SaaS/Cloud Software):

Sell our full line of digital business solutions including TRACK Hospitality Software, a cloud communication suite of solutions.

Regional Solutions Sales Executive (SaaS/Cloud Software) Requirements (see full posting on our website):

  • 3+ years of solution sales experience in SaaS/cloud-software (CRM, ERP, CMS, PMS, cloud-call center software) preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of online advertising sales including targeted display, SEO, SEM, social media, websites, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, email campaigns.
  • Travel (25% - 50%) to meet with clients face-to-face in amazing resort destinations (internationally if necessary).
  • Manage the customer relationship after the sale to ensure successful implementation.

Compensation & Additional Incentives:

  • Account Executive Total On-Target Earnings Year 1 - $63,000-$87,000
  • SaaS Sales Executive Total On-Target Earnings Year 1 - $93,600 - $137,475
