Description: Senior Product Owner - Transfer Order/Inventory RemovalsThe Senior Product Owner represents the “voice of the customer” for the Order Management team. This position is responsible for optimizing the best use of inventory within Target's network for both in-store and digital guests to enable speed and efficiency in the supply chain. This position works across digital and supply chain stakeholders to build business requirements, prioritize functionalities which maximize business value, and represents the product capabilities to engineering teams.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Contributes to the development and health of the created product, working in the product model and collaborating with key partners, and stakeholder management for the product.  • Work with engineering teams to help problem solve, identify use cases and analyze/validate prototypes and solutions.
• Maintain and refine backlog:  Create user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritize all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy.
• Aligns requirements and functionality to strategies, objectives and key results (OKRs) for the product.• Work in scrum team, ensuring the teams are aligned around similar goals and objectives and attending all scrum meetings.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of the products upstream and downstream integrations and dependencies• Leverages data and analytics to drive decisions and solve problems
• Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles • Encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints

REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Reports to Director of Product Management - OMS OperationsWorks with counterparts throughout the entire Target organization including global team members.  Works with external partners including vendors.  JOB REQUIREMENTSMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:• 5-6 years of experience with product role or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years supply chain experience, working with direct to guest fulfillment • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong data analytics skills• Experience with technology and communication between business and tech teams
• Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:• Strong communication skills working across multiple business and technology stakeholders• Experience in a Technology organization
• Agile certification
• Product Owner certification
