A role in Global Logistics, Inventory Allocation and Replenishment means you'll focus on the efficient transportation of product around the world. Here, you'll be challenged to pivot seamlessly from sales operations and planning, to ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, to achieving the best possible product availability through proper inventory positioning. You'll establish and develop great relationships with our vendors to encourage on-time shipment and delivery to stores and ultimately, guests. And you'll analyze transportation supplier capabilities and contracts for maximum speed, reliability and cost effectiveness.

As a Sr Logistics Manager - Performance,you'll use data and metrics to deeply understand the business, identify areas in need of improvement, lead and influence others and define business health measurement through leading and lagging indicators.  Through partnerships, you'll build systems, structures and tools to capture and report out on data.

About you:

  • 4-year college or master's degree
  • Analytical curiosity with the ability to discover and create data sources and make them available through building systems, structures and tools needed to capture and report data

  • Deep expertise in building and using analytical tools of R, SQL, Excel or other data manipulation platforms
  • Ability to think about problems and solutions creatively without bias for the way things are

  • Proven track record of taking ownership, building partnerships, driving results, managing multiple priorities and the ability to teach others along

  • Define and partner to implement technology, process and program improvements  

  • Participate in and influence the development of team goals, objectives and prioritization of goals

  • Experience coaching and developing people

  • Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
