Graduate Engineer – Traffic Emphasis
Performs skilled and technical design of intersection traffic signalization, street and intersection lighting, roadway signing, pavement marking and design of major highway and infrastructure projects. Performs highway activities related to County infrastructure projects such as intersection traffic and warrant analysis, intersection lighting warrant analysis, roadway and detour signing review, and design of roads, bridges, parking lots, parks facilities, and trails. Work will also include participation in the development and operation of the County Advanced Traffic Management System and Transportation Asset Management System.
MQs: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. Training and/or experience using AutoCad and AutoDesk Civil 3D or Microstation or Geopak software is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
Salary Range: $58,665 - $73,332 -DOQ.
