Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Assistant Professor of Marketing. This is a probationary/tenure-track appointment with an expected start date of August 19, 2019. Duties associated with this appointment include: (1) teaching undergraduate sales and marketing courses, such as Professional Selling, Principles of Marketing, and other core marketing courses; (2) teaching effectively by actively engaging students in their learning through face-to-face or blended pedagogies; (3) publishing scholarly research or creative achievement to enhance knowledge or pedagogy so as to meet AACSB accreditation standards for our teaching focused College of Business; and (4) actively supporting the College of Business’ mission and maintenance of AACSB accreditation. Minimum qualifications for this position are an earned Ph.D. or D.B.A. with a concentration in marketing or related discipline (ABD considered if completed by August 2019) or an earned Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or closely related field with at least 5 years of demonstrated exceptional recent and relevant professional experience at a management level in sales or marketing.
