Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to attract new talent and launch people in roles that let them shine. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing candidates what it's really like to work somewhere they already love.

As a Sr. Recruitment Marketing Business Partner, you'll managed the content strategy for all Target Careers channels. You'll help to bring to life Target's unique culture with key talent segments across a variety of channels including career site, blogs, social media, email and events to help attraction top talent to the company, globally. We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a Marketer and Talent Acquisition professional. Principle Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day planning and execution of recruitment brand and marketing efforts to support hiring initiatives, from brief development to implementation, including:

o Working with the TA S&O Partner Services team and recruiting leaders to establish recruitment marketing goals and objectives for key hiring areas

o Leading the development and production of brand relevant and engaging content such as photos, videos, VR, digital ads, etc. for distribution across Target Careers properties including career site, employee blog, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, print and event properties

o Developing comprehensive content strategies that support and amplify recruitment marketing/job advertising media buys

o Evaluating metrics, reporting on campaign results, determining ROI and making adjustments accordingly

• Manage the editorial planning process and recruitment marketing calendar - ensuring alignment across other Target social properties and directing the creative resources to execute the plan 

• In partnership with the Sr. Manager, Recruitment Marketing - supercharge the Target Careers social strategy to ensure Target is present/visible on the right channels, engaging the right talent, inspiring the right actions/behaviors and continually strengthening Target's employer brand

• Manage all Target Careers and social recruiting platforms (Career Site, LinkedIn, Facebook, The Muse, Glassdoor and emerging sites) by defining, monitoring and reporting key performance indicators and maintaining a balance of data and editorially driven publishing strategy

• Establish deadlines and monitor production schedules.

• Enable recruiters to nurture their networks and keep prospects warm with regularly refreshed content that is easily sharable via email, social media, text, etc.

• Manage passive candidate nurturing newsletters and candidate re-engagement journey campaigns via email

• Stay up with external leading trends and lead insights to enhance/create stand-out candidate experiences to inform broader TA best practices

About you:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of Marketing, Communications or PR experience

• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business

• Demonstrated ability to use data analysis, benchmarking and other user testing to make sound content decisions

• Ability to guide and produce engaging, emotional and brand relevant recruiting content

• Ability to manage details without losing site of the broader picture

• Familiar with content management systems, publishing/distribution platforms, analytics tools and audience building

• Experience developing digital content marketing campaigns

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to make a difference 

• Desired but not required:

o Recruitment or employment brand development experience

o Working knowledge and experience with Workday (ATS) and Avature (CRM)

o Experience creating effective recruitment marketing strategies - including sourcing passive candidates through networking, internal referrals, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM optimization and job posting practices
