Working within the HR Operations Center, your mission will be to enhance the team member experience through a centralized HR support model. You will have direct line of sight to the front line of HR support throughout the enterprise and will be challenged with understanding the needs of Team Members and HR clients, identifying solutions, and enhancing HR service delivery.As a Sr. Business Analyst, you'll use multiple and diverse data sources (including Avaya, EICM, Workday, SalesForce, and Sharepoint) to harvest and integrate data, design and build reporting tools for core operational teams within the HR Operations Center (HROC). You will be responsible to ensure accuracy and integrity of the reporting and continually evolve delivered reporting to meet business needs and enable leaders across the HROC to make business decisions. You'll use multiple tools including MS Excel Power Pivot, MS Access, Greenfield and other reporting technologies to build and maintain complex data solutions. You'll be responsible to thoroughly analyze data holistically to identify business trends and opportunities, offering actionable insight across organizational and enterprise processes and resources. You'll partner and collaborate with HROC business leaders (domestic and globally) to present complex information, provide business recommendations, ensure understanding and usability. You'll build and maintain robust relationships with HROC business representatives and leaders to understand business needs and identify appropriate metrics and analysis of the data. Consult with other analysts, as well as other external/technology partners to continuously education yourself on new BI tools available. You will leverage your understanding of the global business model, apply knowledge and expertise to drive change within the organization.
