JustUs Health, formed through a merger between the Minnesota AIDS Project (MAP) and Rainbow Health Initiative (RHI), envisions a Minnesota where people from diverse gender, sexual, and cultural communities experience health and wellness in powerfully inclusive environments. Founded in 1983, MAP is widely recognized for the impact of its prevention and support services for individuals living with HIV or at risk of HIV infection. RHI, founded in 2001, advances the health of the LGBTQ communities through research, education and advocacy. JustUs Health seeks full-time Senior Accountant to manage Government Contract Billings, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Cash Management activities. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Accounting also provides ongoing support to budget managers and others in the organization. The Senior Accountant has a good understanding of accounting principles and government reimbursement-type contracts, has a high attention to detail, and is an effective communicator, collaborator and problem solver.

At least two years post high school education and a minimum of five years successful work experience that includes some combination of the following:
* Government reimbursement-type contracts
* General Accounting
* Payroll Processing
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Cash Management
* Financial Analysis
In addition, experience with non-profit organizations, Uniform Guidance rules and Microsoft Excel are highly desirable. Accounting certification/degree and experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and Sage Intacct would also be beneficial.
