Receptionist/Office Assistant

8:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday

Starting at: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour


Our Client is looking for another candidate to join their busy team. Fun, family oriented atmosphere!

Prefer at least at least 2 years of experience in office administration and be a self-starter that is able to work independently. Efficiency and organization are a must also. Candidate needs to be a quick learner, team player, have professional etiquette and appearance, excellent customer service skills and must be reliable with own transportation.

Duties include but are not limited to; answering phones, scheduling jobs and inspections, pulling permits, checking and corresponding to emails, data entry, invoicing, collections, some Quickbooks


Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal

Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to company Policies

Answering Telephones

Scheduling Appointments

Maintaining Appointment Book

Confirming Appointments

Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments

Register Patients on sign in sheet

Cash Handling

Checking voicemail on a daily basis

Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients

At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager

Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth

All other duties as assigned
