As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects and initiatives that create impact and help achieve set aspirations/goals within the social and environmental business integration portfolio 

Demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and learning-focused mind-set as initiative and project objectives will range greatly

Develop and cultivate relationships with cross-functional partners to plan, manage and execute on a wide-range of enterprise-wide commitments and projects

Ensure implementation plans are effectively managed and milestones are achieved

Manage project budgets, schedules, action and workplans, and resources to project completion

Collect data and analyze key performance metrics for environmental and social initiatives across the company 

Support Merchandising and other pyramids on vendor and partner CR opportunities, commitments and inquiries aligned with our issue and strategy focus  

Drive unique initiatives that support enterprise-wide priorities (e.g., new brand development, product assortment differentiation)  

Manage relationships with external expert teams to support program delivery

Support the issue strategy prioritization and development process 


Target Merchandising Experience with a strong, proven Merchandising Background 

B.A. in relevant field (4 years)

5-7 years business experience or equivalent professional experience

Strong quantitative and analytical skills required with ability to track, measure and identify business improvement solutions

Ability to be flexible and adaptable, moving and managing projects with differing objectives, milestones and deliverables

Highly collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills

Proven organizational, planning, and time management skills

Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a strong sense of urgency

Strong entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness that spurs innovation and problem-solving

Ability to create clarity, process and systems

Knowledge of environmental and social sustainability issues

Strong leadership skills and good team player
