Description: PRIMARY FUNCTION:
As a Sr. TSS Quality and Compliance Data Manager, you work with the business to establish and deliver data and analytics strategies that advance our Quality and Responsible sourcing capabilities for the entire TSS Quality and Compliance organization. Enabling predictable and sustainable business results that drive efficiency, reduce risk, ensure quality and deliver an exceptional owned brand guest experience.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with business teams to develop, and actively maintain, a comprehensive data and analytics strategic vision and a roadmap for activation.
  • Define key business objectives and measures of success to effectively monitor and communicate change and future business outcomes.
  • Align and prioritize feedback across Quality and Compliance teams to create and maintain a backlog that delivers on business needs.  Facilitate prioritization of the backlog to focus on the highest value work for team and stakeholders hold leaders to needed tradeoffs.
  • Engage with internal and external technology teams to ensure they are getting the business context needed to deliver against shared objectives.
  • Partner and align with teams throughout TTS, EDABI, PSQA, RS, MCOE, Sourcing, PD&D, Packaging, Supply Chain and our vendor partners to understand synergies with their business objectives while pursuing and advancing yours. 
  • Discovery and research capabilities to identify analyze and evaluate strengths and opportunities within processes, technology and data.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify optimal solutions, which satisfy stakeholders.
  • Leverage project management techniques such as persona building, process mapping, issue framing, waterfall and agile to run projects.
  • Lead data integrity and governance, educating teams and leaders on actions that can strengthen our data and insights.   
  • Make connections across broad portfolio of work to understand implications to projects and core foundations.
  •  Lead the audit of critical processes, procedures and management systems for client teams that drive high value outcomes.
  • Lead data quality audits to highlight integrity of the data, and identify areas of concern to be addressed.REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Director TSS Operations in support of the total TSS Data Reporting strategy and enablement.  Interacts with all levels of TSS leadership and teams in the PSQA, RS,  MCOE and Sourcing organizations, from Vice President to specialist.  Works closely with HQ and Overseas Offices. JOB REQUIREMENTSMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of project management
  • Strong thought leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence others to achieve a common objective
  •  Discovery and problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear communications & scenario building.
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking ability
  • Strong adaptability & resiliency skills.  The work is dynamic and the ability to change directions seamlessly is critical.
  • Excellent application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
    • Familiarity with core database structures
    • Ability to execute simple query logic
    • Ability to work flexible schedule approx. 40% of the time to accommodate global time zones
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Project Management Professional ( PMP)
  • Agile Product Management experience with product and data capabilities
  • Familiarity with Owned Brand Quality and Compliance processes and data architecture.
  • Experience working with Multi Cultural/International Audiences.
