Technology Services Specialist and Helpdesk Lead
UW Stout is currently seeking two positions in Learning & Information Technology, these positions are Technology Services Specialist and Helpdesk Lead. These positions work under general supervision of the Learning & Client Technology Services Director. The Technology Services Specialist provides service and technical expertise for computer hardware, software and networking services in support of faculty, staff and students. The Helpdesk Lead will perform similar duties with the additional responsibilities of supervising student employees, monitoring the ticketing system to ensure timely service to campus end users, coordination of helpdesk team meetings, and monitoring team and individual performance.
