Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Sr. Analyst, Global Services Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring Global Services Delivery (GSD) and Target's FRS vendor network has the required operational reporting to effectively run their business. You will perform data analysis and share insights to leaders to provide decision support. Train users on reporting products (i.e. DOMO, excel, etc), assist with interpreting data, address reporting questions and troubleshoot data integrity issues in a timely manner. Act as a thought partner and regularly interface with EDABI, Workforce Management (WFM), Service Center/Support Leaders and Vendor Leadership. Work with key partners to problem solve, translate business questions into requirements, define reporting requirements, provide reporting visualizations and verify reporting output with various partners to ensure usability. Provide feedback with EDABI teams to drive improvements and further reporting and insight needs. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About You:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Exposure to large data sets

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to learn new reporting tools/methods

• Experience working with data connections (i.e. ODBC interfaces)

• Experience/Exposure to the following: Visualization, business consulting, Database Architecture, Data Mining, Collaboration

• Ability to use the various reporting tools/languages: (Domo, SQL, Teradata, BigRed, MS Access, Excel)
