A role with Target Digital Media & Search means being close to the action of delivering profitable sales to Target.com and bringing the business's multichannel vision to life. You'll create and implement industry-leading digital media plans for Brand & Category Marketing while staying on the cutting edge of emerging digital media innovations. Cultivating an environment of full-team engagement, leadership and personal development, you'll be a champion for open communication and program transparency. As a Senior Audience Manager, you'll leverage a combination of strategic and technical skills to support the design and implementation of a unified, real-time, cross-channel, cross-platform view of the Target Guest. You will lead the strategy and development of a roadmap to increase our understanding of our Guests. In this roll, you will define the data acquisition strategy, assessing partners and defining business requirements for integration. This roll will lead the vision for data enrichment and integration, in service of delivering technology and automation that will deliver the most relevant and meaningful marketing messages to our Guests.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. - Four-year degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, including digital audience and segmentation experience
- Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization in digital and/or traditional media.
- Extensive experience developing and managing strategic partners
- Demonstrated analytical skills and data acumen, including experience managing data sources and partnerships
- Experience facilitating communication between business and tech teams, including presenting technical material to non-technical audiences
