In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Cantel customers as well as providing key administrative support for the Repair Services team. This is a long term temp to hire opportunity, perfect for someone looking for a new challenge. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete, maintain, and process all paperwork, data entry, filing, and computer records for the Repair Services department
  • Receive incoming service calls and direct to appropriate technician/support staff
  • Work directly with external customers on both repair and loaner status updates
  • Follow up with customers after service has been completed to assure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in preparation of department reporting
 QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong customer support experience or two year college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a high sense of urgency
  • Desire to find immediate resolutions to problems, including providing repeated follow up with select customers
