Front Desk Sales Assistant
Pro Staff has partnered with a full-service office systems and office furniture provider to staff a temp to hire Front Desk Sales Assistant, in Eden Prairie, MN. Established in 1993, the company is dedicated to providing high quality, cost-effective and eco-friendly products!
Typical receptionist duties are included in this role, in addition to the administrative responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant will be supporting 8 designers, 5 salespeople and 2 owners. The main responsibility will be to review and translate information from the sales team and a variety of other sources into client proposals, and collaborate with the design and sales team to ensure all information is present. Candidates must possess a high attention to detail and the ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize. The ability to be flexible with changing priorities and a busy workplace are also of utmost importance. Accuracy is imperative in this role. Other tasks will include scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, putting together weekly reports, and helping in other areas as needed.
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with flexibility for occasional overtime
Pay: $16 - $17 / hour depending on experience
Requirements:Previous administrative experience Basic algebra and sum function skills Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Suite 10-key familiarity Excellent communication skills
