As Director Marketing Capabilities, you will work to support the needs of the organization in achieving the marketing aspiration.  This can include determining capability gaps across skills, technology, process and ways of working that will need prioritized focus to deliver the vision.  On the onset, you will be responsible for refining and scaling the design and development of the content publishing capability.  You will collaborate with key stakeholders and manage cross-marketing coordination to define a recommendation that will drive measureable impact, including increased engagement with our guest and productivity and efficiency gains across the Marketing landscape.  You will be responsible for influencing Senior Marketing leaders to secure alignment and support implementation.  Finally, you will lead the roll-out of the scalable content publishing capability, inclusive of educating, training and driving change management, to the broader marketing organization.  About You:
  • College degree required, graduate level degree preferred, marketing emphasis/major preferred
  • 15 +years related work experience in marketing and brand strategy and communications
  • Ability to think strategically and future focused, anticipating what is to come and potential vs. existing internal capabilities
  • Comfortable with change and disruption
  • External relationships/resources to leverage through design process
  • Skills to design and bring to life a new organizational structure and working model
  • Proven ability to communicate and work collaboratively across various functions
  • Demonstrated effectiveness developing strong relationships with senior management and influence successfully
  • Proven ability and experience in communicating vision to engage and inspire 
  • Ability to see solutions from a Guest's perspective and deliver against business needs without sacrificing content vision
  • Experience and ability to influence all levels of leadership with confidence
