A role with Target Promotions Marketing means leveraging the power of print, digital, social and email platforms via paid and owned channels to deliver creative, compelling and cohesive promotional messages. You'll work with teams to design and prioritize holistic value stories and price promotions across numerous channels. You'll partner with the Weekly Ad channel to anchor its promotional content in close collaboration with dedicated creative and production teams. Here, you'll also work with Printing Services to create the in-store promotional messages that help guests get the most value out of their Target runs.In the role Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving project plans to ensure weekly promotion marketing efforts are executed on time, on budget and in an efficient manner.  This may include management of the SAP budgeting process for Promo Marketing amplification. As in-season business needs arise that require contingency efforts, you will respond quickly to new company initiatives, capabilities and ensure plans are launched in a nimble but thoughtful manner.  You will have the opportunity to partner with various channels and disciplines within marketing through management of the Promo Marketing campaign inclusive of, but not limited to social, digital, radio, weekly ad, promo signing, T.com site placement and email.Also as Project Manager, you will help drive the process of communicating promo marketing priorities across campaigns and owned channels to ensure support and alignment.  This includes developing the prioritized promo priority documents, providing exposure to Marketing and Merchandising leaders across the organization, and seeking alignment on support from owned channels such as Target.com and Email.  You will also partner with Project Managers across Brand and Category Marketing to ensure Promo Marketing Planning is a thoughtful input throughout all phases of the work, and with the Price and Promo CoE to ensure price and offer priorities are delivered on time.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-6 years of project management, account planning or producing experience
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills
  • Detail and deadline oriented
