Description: Analyst, Guest Experience (Product)A role with Guest Experience means informing and inspiring the organization to create experiences that make it easy for our guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded. You will identify the most impactful opportunities to elevate the guest experience and drive loyalty, connect teams to guest feedback that helps them improve their businesses and provide insights around the health of our brand to inform strategic choices. The Analyst, Guest Experience (Product) will support the Product Owners of Industry Leading Customer Experience tools. These tools are critical to Target's ability to make customer-centric decisions and to develop our strategic priorities. The successful candidate will become an expert in these tools, supporting two product owners, enterprise users, and other key partners.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to…
  • Seeks out and develops both user-requested and proactive improvements to myGuest (Medallia) and Clarabridge reports and dashboards to drive ease and enable action Proactively manages communication with myGuest and Clarabridge users, including tool changes, new features, maintenance, process changes, etc.
  • Provides myGuest and Clarabridge end user support by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining support documentation
  • Analyzes user feedback for common themes and ideas for improvement
  • Develops and maintains user training and tool documentation (e.g. survey specs, process docs, email specs, export specs, FAQs, etc.)
  • Assists Senior Analysts in developing and maintaining text analytics models in both Clarabridge and myGuest
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Interest and demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technology
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail
Desired Skills:
  • CX program experience
  • Strong spreadsheet/excel capabilities (pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience in client service roles
