Pro Staff is seeking a full time Payroll Coordinator to work with a premier retail company in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Shifts are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with a starting pay of $16 an hour.

Responsibilities include:

- Process, audit, and maintain payroll records for assigned locations.
- Conduct weekly review of Team Member timecards to ensure proper edits are made for paid and unpaid time (i.e. Company benefits, leaves of absence, and other absences).
- Review payroll data for completeness and accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies, take corrective actions, and initiate necessary correspondence.
- Demonstrate understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
- Accurately process new hires, end of trainings, and terminations into Company Human Resources Information System.
- Conduct wage verifications.
- Perform other duties as requested from time to time by Management.
