Medical Device Customer Support
Pro Staff is now hiring for a Medical Device Customer Support position to work at a pioneering medical device company in Eden Prairie, MN on a temp-to-hire basis! This individual will be the main contact in the Customer Support/Technical Services department. Primary duties will be to assist with customer requests for support and technical assistance, service and repair after sales or products. The individual will work very closely with Technical Services to coordinate help and repairs, and problem solve for the customer. Candidates must be extremely customer oriented and operate at a high level of professionalism. Attendance and punctuality will be extremely important to be available for customer needs. Experience troubleshooting medical device equipment is highly preferred!
Pay: $20-24/hour depending on qualifications
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
