Do you have previous experience working as a Customer Service Rep? Do you enjoy working with clients and building relationships? If so, Pro Staff has a temp-to-hire opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Representative located in Northeast of the Twin Cities area! Previous experience working in a manufacturing or distribution center is highly recommended. This would be a full-time position, working Monday-Friday. 

Job duties include but not limited to:
  • Onboard new customers and programs delivered from the Sales and Management team
  • Communicate client needs to Sales and Management team along with addressing questions or concerns 
  • Receive requests for quotes, purchase orders, order changes and adjustments, and cancellations
  • Receive customer information, status of customer orders, and make updates in computer system
  • Handle troubleshooting of issues and needs for customers
  • Managing active orders and notifying customers with any updates or changes
  • Respond to customer requests via telephone and email
  • Providing excelling customer service
  • All other job duties assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent required some college-level courses preferred
  • Previous experience as an account manager preferred, experience in a manufacturing or distribution preferred
  • Microsoft office and organizational skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
