Valley Staffing, in partnership with a company in Faribault, is looking for qualified candidates for a full time Administrative Coordinator position.
In this position, you will be managing the processing of accounts receivable/payable, reconciling daily and monthly activity, handling monetary exchanges, ensuring accuracy of all financial records, coordinate and carry out all office procedures and tasks, manage membership logistics, data entry, provide customer service, and any other duties as assigned and directed.
Qualified candidates for this position must have experience in bookkeeping, accounting procedures, customer service, and database management. Candidates must also have reliable transportation, ability to maintain confidentiality, use good judgment, have the ability to tolerate varying noise levels, be able to work outdoors occasionally, and be detail oriented.
Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively in English, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
