Our Customer Service - Tech Support positions are located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.
There is free parking. We are looking to fill various First, Second and Third shifts in our 24x7 operation. Some shifts include weekend days and some don't. Overtime is not mandatory but is available. Many realistic opportunities to grow and advance within this organization exist!
Some *work from home shifts available for the Customer Service - Tech Support role are available on a first come first serve (2nd and 3rd shift only and has to include one weekend day if you choose work from home...*also must train on site in Minnetonka, MN for 60 days M-F 8:30am to 5pm before moving home) basis.
Duties of the Customer Service - Tech Support positions involve primarily phone support for 70% of the day. In this function, you will take incoming phone calls from people in the field seeking assistance with company products. Some of the calls are technical in nature but we will extensively train people with previous phone customer service experience who have a knack for treating customers well and solving problems.
Skills required for the Customer Service - Tech Support positions: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening and attention to detail skills. Responsible work ethic - need to be on time and there when scheduled. Fantastic team building skills-need to be a team player and help out co-workers at all times. Must have a minimum of 6 months of recent customer service experience along with the ability to pass a background and reference check. Problem solving skills and the ability to find solutions when the typical solution doesn't work is a must!
The Customer Service Tech Support roles pay anywhere from $15 to $17.50/hour plus* DOQ and skills. Raises are frequent (approx every 3 to 6 months). *Bilingual (Spanish) and some other shifts may pay in excess of this range as well. Fantastic Benefits INCLUDING Tuition Reimbursement available!
