We are seeking an Accounting Administrator for our client in Woodbury, MN.  Full time, Career opportunity in a privately held, medium sized distributing company- they are seeking anAccounting Administrator for their growing team!

The Accounting Administrator is responsible for processing all company Vendor programs in an accurate and professional fashion. Working within the Vendor requirements you will be meeting the needs of our customers while adhering to and ensuring that all items qualified for bill back- are billed back in an accurate and timely fashion to our vendors.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include: 

  • Itemize frequent buyer cards and coupons
  • Process electronic frequent buyer cards 
  • Prepare and write credit memos to customers
  • Prepare and write debit memo to vendors
  • Communicate clear information to vendors, external customers, and internal customers 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Identify and assess customer and vendor needs to reach resolution of billback claims
  • Prepare reports and compile necessary data for various programs to determine correct bill back amounts, including free goods, promos, customer returns, pet food discount credits issued, etc.
  • Calculate appropriate data to provide proper back up amount to vendors on billed back items
