A role in Legal Affairs-Strategy and Operations means creating the effective and efficient processes and tools that Legal Affairs uses to deliver exceptional service to their enterprise clients. Your support will be key in times of change and to ensure the success of large-scale business projects. You'll build valuable relationships and make a positive impact as you coordinate critical resources across teams.

As a Lead Operations Consultant-Vendor Optimization and Relationhip Mgmt, you will drive Outside Counsel (OC) panel management and law firm utilization strategy. Enhance and maintain trusted, reliable and mutually beneficial vendor relationships with all OC and legal service vendors.Ensure a consistent approach to manage the vendor relationships, resulting ingreater value from strengthened OC relationships, favorable rate negotiations and enhanced best practices for selection, onboarding, performance management, evaluation and termination of our firms.

About you:

Experience in legal pricing environment

Proven communication experience with partner level outside counsel and pricing directors of law firms

Demonstrable experience in designing, negotiating and evaluating alternative fee arrangements

Experience with Legal Technology(Serengeti or other matter mgmt. systems)

Bachelor's degree

6-9 years of work experience

Computer skills:Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook

Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and influence outside firms and senior leaders

Diplomatic presence to handle fee discussions with tenured and valued outside counsel firms

Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Strong project management skills and experience, including ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities

Ability to lead through change, communicate effectively and gain trust and support of key stakeholders
