Beyond our world-class service centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Service Center Shared Operations (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our service centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). The Credit Strategy and Compliance team manages the credit card program and related interactions with our bank partner, and includes the Credit Strategy, Credit Risk Underwriting and Compliance functions. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.  

As a Sr. Project Manager, Global Service Delivery, you will lead operational projects, such as new program launches or initiatives, that support our FRS vendor and service center network. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process all while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. You will ensure Global Service Delivery (GSD) maintains our best-in-class vendor governance practices to support Target's service center vendor network. You will provide oversight to key foundational processes that enables GSD to effectively assess and manage performance, while mitigating any potential risk within the vendor network.. You will lead process improvement initiatives involving internal and vendor leadership to standardize processes based on best practices. You will be responsible for supporting efforts to drive the overall health of our vendor program(s), which includes successful delivery of performance metrics and supporting day-to-day vendor operations. The Sr. Project Manager  will act as a thought partner and regularly interface with Workforce Management (WFM), Service Center/Support Leaders and Vendor Leadership. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About You:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Project management experience, leading cross functional initiatives/program launches
• Experience in leading and measuring process improvement initiatives
• 3-5 years experience working in a BPO environment, with an understanding of service center operations, principles and metrics desired
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adjust to a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Occasional travel to partner locations globally
• Flexibility with working hours, which occasionally include hours outside of normal scheduled work hours
