Ocean Export Agent
Duties include:

• Track and trace shipments
• Prepare, handle and process documentation-including house and master bills of lading, commercial documents and customs/regulatory documents
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, co-workers and with our other offices worldwide.
• Monitor reports and workflow
• Accurate and timely client billing and document distribution
• Accurate audit of Vendor invoices
• Maintain compliance standards-including internal policies, procedures, government regulations and customer requirements
• Meet KPI’s for department
• Work in fast paced and deadline driven department
• Have strong math skills



Experience in Ocean Export preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge in Supply Chain or Logistics a plus
