CommonBond Communities is excited to announce a brand new position. An Administrative Assistant supporting our Asset Management and Corporate Compliance departments. Join our organization in this important and meaningful work!

Essential Functions
• Preparing required reports, audits, closing documents and inspections.
• Completing data entry duties with great attention to detail and accuracy, and running reports as assigned.
• Tracking compliance, audit, project, and other reporting deadlines.
• Gathering market research and completing other due diligence, as assigned.
• Preparing construction draws, as requested.
• Collecting, organizing, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure department is utilizing current forms and processes.
• Coordinating staff calendars; scheduling and coordinating meetings; and, assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Provide modest relief front desk support for CommonBond.
• Represent department on various committees, as assigned.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum three to four years progressive administrative experience in fast-paced office with a variety of work assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and activities to meet deadlines for multiple team members.
• Strong organizational skills, and demonstrated ability work independently, take initiative, and problem solve.
• Computer proficiency to utilize numerous software packages to design presentations and generate various statistical displays and graphics (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills are required to conduct research, design presentations/graphics materials, generate reports, compose correspondence, and respond to information requests from a wide range of internal and external contacts.
• Professional attitude and work habits.
• Ability to identify, and use discretion with, confidential information.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work occasional early mornings or evenings.
• Excellent customer service skills to respond to inquiries from a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with affordable property and/or asset management software programs and databases (e.g. YARDI).
• Knowledge of real estate legal documents and accounting.
• Background in asset management, affordability compliance regulations, multi-family financing, real estate development, and/or financing.
