Office 365 Solutions Architect
Ballard Spahr LLP, a national law firm with 15 offices across the United States has a new and exciting opportunity that can be located in the Philadelphia or Minneapolis office. The O365 Solutions Architect will join the System Innovation department to drive the implementation of a cloud and mobile enabled, integrated environment. This position requires a high level of comfort developing strong working relationships and delivering presentations, interacting with and responding to customer queries/concerns in a non-technical business oriented matter; the ability to map user requirements to standard SharePoint features and a consulting aptitude including the ability to facilitate negotiations with clients in the decision-making process.
An extremely positive customer-oriented attitude is required along with outstanding interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to produce high quality deliverables while managing multiple deadlines and priorities effectively. A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is essential to be successful.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a combination of education and related experience required; law firm experience a plus. A minimum of 4 years of relevant knowledge and hands-on experience as a SharePoint Architect in both O365 and on premise environments; a very good understanding of Microsoft’s Azure environment; experience in the architecture, design and development of large & complex solutions using Microsoft SharePoint (SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online) and Microsoft .NET technologies and SharePoint Business Connectivity Services, Search, Master Pages, Modern Pages, Patterns & Practices, Teams, Groups, Yammer and Delve are required.
