  • Be a part of the modernized Operations strategy by developing automated and integrated solutions that meet our users where they are. 
  • Be a change catalyst as you reform old IT processes into autonomous and seamless solutions.  
  • Lead and operate a vision of service excellence and creating an improved technology experience for our guests and team members. 
  • Communicate decision, priorities and relevant efforts to appropriate levels of staff/resources. 
  • Represent area in planning, development, implementation and problem resolution within Technology Services. 
  • Be a part of a team that works across and with all of TTS.  From Corporate products to devices in the Stores, you will work with and learn how all of the products work together and across the organization.  
  • Participate in gathering needs and the business case through direct interaction with multiple key stakeholders. 
  • Ensure overall alignment to the IT strategy. Provide input to roadmaps and plans. Lead implementation according to strategies and plans for projects/platforms. 
  • Provide support on setting future technology solutions for client teams. 
  • Participate in annual planning process for technology and business activities. 
  • Coordinate all aspects of financial management at the project level and forecast staffing needs. 
  • Lead and develop team members, including career development activities and performance management as required. 
  • Stay current with industry knowledge and trends (both domestic and global trends). 
  • Maintain an awareness of technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. 
  • Develop and proactively focus on industry trends for systems and processes.

About you:

  •  Understands basic retail functions and the specific organizational functions of the area supported
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodology including continuous integration and delivery, with a mindset of building incrementally and delivering business value quickly
