The Creative Account Management Operations team drives and maintains a toolkit of guest led, innovative and scalable content solutions that support revenue growth and expense management for Target Media Network.As a Lead TMN Operations Manager you will manage and source a portfolio of creative and content partners in support of emerging client and product needs.This role will steward testing initiatives utilizing industry research/trends, web analytics, guest insights and emerging technology driving product performance and guest experience.You will also collaborate with internal channels to optimize our digital media products, creative guidelines and identify enhancements opportunities.The team partners and strategizes with internal Target stakeholders (TMN, Marketing, Digital Media, Site Merchandising, TTS, TII), external agencies and third-party partners to help maximize resources, communicate goals and drive creative and operational efficiencies. Your status as an internal liaison coupled with the knowledge of digital industry challenges will give you the ability to overcome difficult situations. As a Lead TMN Operations Manager, you will be part of the Creative Account Management Operations team and report to the Sr. TMN Operations Manager. This individual will drive and consult on a variety of operational projects based on evolving business needs, often with the objective to drive operational health and efficiencies. About you: (insert 3-7 bullet points)Bachelors' degree B.A./B.S. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a dedicated digital marketing role with experience in retail, e-commerce, guest experience and operations.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to share actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.Strong problem solving/solutions oriented mindset.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional, cross-divisional team.Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and adapt with the business as it evolves over time.Technical aptitude and experience working with technical team is desirable.
