The Strategy & Operations team within PD&D is comprisedof project managers, operations managers and innovation strategists. As a project manager, you'll lead a cross-functional team(s) in the creation and ownership of product development and the execution of project plans. You'll also drive results by working across the business to develop products and manage resources. Building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to define requirements, constraints, and assumptions in order to establish the project deliverables, resource needs and timelines. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for efficiencies within the product development approach by leveraging analytics, reporting, key business partner's strengths, project closure, and lessons learned. Being bold by clearly communicating deliverables, anticipating potential roadblocks & risk before they occur are essential. You'll be a neutral strategic thought partner with strong interpersonal skills that partners with the CFT to move the business forward and drive for quick and effective issue resolution. Use creative problem solving techniques & critical thinking skills to facilitate effective decision making within the cross-functional team and champion proactive issue resolution. Champion change management and incorporate key elements as it relates to owned brand product development.
