About the Job:
As a Senior Project Manager supporting field operating model on the Labor Team you will help shape and deliver a critical part of the work to transform the supply chain. As a high performing member of the team you will help define, and lead initiatives to advance Target's Supply Chain field structures and workforce model to improve effectiveness in meeting current business demands and address future requirements. The Labor Team is focused on identifying and delivering solutions that align leadership and workforce capabilities with business needs, and match those resources with demand. You will accurately identify and frame business problems sourcing relevant data informing your solution recommendations to the business. This position will work with a broad set of supply chain stakeholders, headquarters and field based teams to collaborate in defining and implementing solutions to optimize for cost, speed, accuracy, and simplicity. ·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
·2-5 years supply chain field operations or supply chain field support area experience (HR, HQ GSCL)
·Excellent communication skills (verbal / written) - will interact with senior leadership on a recurring basis
·Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skillset
·Comfortable self-directing, self-motivating, and figuring out the optimal path forward where not defined
·Proven ability to work with ambiguous direction and perform in fast paced environments
