About the Job:

As a Senior Project Manager supporting middle mile planning on the Labor Team you will help shape and deliver a critical part of the work to transform the supply chain. As a high performing member of the team you will lead initiatives to advance Target's Supply Chain production planning and workforce modeling addressing current needs and solving for future requirements. The Labor Team is focused on identifying and delivering solutions that align our workforce capacity with needs, and precisely match those resources with demand. You will accurately identify and quantify business problems and source and analyze relevant data to validate in forming your recommendations and solutions for the business. This position will work with a broad set of supply chain stakeholders, headquarters and field based teams, as well as technical partners to design and build the best solutions to optimize for cost, speed, accuracy, and simplicity. About you:

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field

·2-5 years supply chain field operations or supply chain field support area experience (HR, HQ GSCL)

·Excellent communication skills (verbal / written) - will interact with senior leadership on a recurring basis

·Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skillset

·Comfortable self-directing, self-motivating, and figuring out the optimal path forward where not defined

·Proven ability to work with ambiguous direction and perform in fast paced environments
