Protection team who function to provide a safe & secure environment for our team members and
guests, and meets the financial goals of shortage and profitability in a Target store.
Use your talents and experience to demonstrate self-direction, detailed problem solving, strategic
communication, independent judgement and decision making in order to drive results for Assets
Protection. 


As a Stores Resource Allocation Program Manager, you will:

  • Work across business units to connect strategic resource allocation goals to stores
  • modernization efforts.
  • Work independently as well as with partners to define problems and create solutions
  • using data and analytics.
  • Define testing measurements for pilot locations and analyze results to determine testing
  • effectiveness.
  • Establish major dates for deliverables/share outs and connect them to broader
  • information flow through all of Assets Protection.
  • Effectively communicate key findings, insights and recommendations to determine the
  • best long-term strategy.
  • Identify and address key decisions, messages and risks via appropriate escalation.
  • While this is an individual contributor role, this role will work across several teams to drive
  • timing and alignment of strategic deliverables.
  • Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in relevant business support or store support role
  • Experience influencing key business partners, including senior leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project, process and change management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build an optimal strategy for the business and put plans in place
  • to execute on the strategy
  • Experience operating in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction and in high intensity situations with
  • tight deadlines
  • Ability to challenge status quo and resolve problems that are without clear precedent
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and working in highly collaborative
  • environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Desired MBA and previous stores experience
