Sales Service Representative
We are currently seeking a Sales Service Representative to help support our advertising sales team and service customers for our award-winning and progressive media brands.
As the ideal candidate, you are a self-starter who works well with others and has a knack for organization. You have a great memory and always pay close attention to the details. You have a strong work ethic and an intrinsic motivation to do your work completely and accurately, so you can take pride in a job well done. You bring a breath of fresh air to the office, even while handling multiple projects, and a wide variety of administrative, customer service, sales support, office, and clerical functions. - Work with management to execute marketing campaigns (direct mail, email)
- Manage ad creation process and traffic ads between sales and design teams
- Work with outside agencies to ensure advertising compliance
- Organize and conduct company mailings
- Maintain database of client records with accurate data entry
- Assure quality control of advertisements in the magazines and online
- Check, order, and restock inventory of office supplies
- Answer, screen, and transfer calls promptly and courteously
- Perform other administrative responsibilities on an as needed basis
Experience: Previous customer service, or general office administrative experience desired, but not required.
Education: Post secondary education desired, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Competent with basic computer software: Microsoft Office suite of products, Google suite of products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service driven, resourceful, courteous, and able to work effectively with diverse groups of people, both internally and externally. Proofreading skills sufficient to edit a variety of documents for correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with the ability to pay close attention to detail. Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.
$26,000 - $30,000 annual salary, based on experience.
