Job Description:

Job Summary

Leads and coordinates online and digital advertising efforts with an emphasis on building best-in-class digital marketing programs that drive business results. Execute, report on and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as mobile, SMS, paid social, SEO, SEM, programmatic, display and video. Establish KPIs and other success metrics to effectively perform analysis of paid digital media campaigns. Assists with efforts to grow social engagement and works to optimize the digital tools utilized to acquire and convert new customers while keeping current customers engaged. Responsible for building and maintaining digital editorial calendars and scheduling daily posts to all applicable social media outlets, as well as coordinating the marketing and entertainment calendars with online activity. Partner with other departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, ensuring consistency of messages across multiple social networks.

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Execute social marketing strategy by developing new communities and managing branded online communities on the enterprise's behalf using social platforms. Prioritize social media channels based on overall objectives.

  • Create engaging branded campaigns and capture live social content during concerts and events for social networks. Provide relevant content daily to all applicable social media outlets. Coordinate the marketing calendar with online activity, partnering with other departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy. Ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks. Provide continuous social listening and social care coverage of all sites and relevant conversations.

  • Assists with coordination of materials for all online and digital advertising efforts including brand websites, app, SMS, paid search campaigns, programmatic, display, social media, and email marketing.

  • Manages Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics including page titles, strategic image naming, meta data and local search optimization.

  • Measure, analyze and report the impact of social media and digital marketing efforts on campaigns and department goals.

  • Assists in the growth of the enterprise's business presence on digital media sites while maintaining regulatory compliance at all times. Responsible for assisting with the strategic direction of social media usage for internal clients as well as identifying opportunities for paid digital programs to drive business value. Build communication channels with other departments by attending meetings and establishing relationships as part of the enterprise's digital subject matter group.

  • Track metrics and prepare reports to update on digital/social media trends.

  • Monitors industry for best practices, seeks new technologies, and recommends strategies to drive ROI on digital media investment.


Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Combination of post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, communications or related field and/or experience in social media, marketing, public relations or related field to equal four years. 
  • Posess a solid understanding of the social media and digital marketing universe including paid campaign experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.
  • Experience with paid search and display programs, deliverables, execution and reporting
  • Understanding of digital marketing methodology including experience with paid digital media, data-driven analysis, data/analytics dashboards and tools. 
  • Experience with creating and identifying quality social media content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate-level experience with word-processing, spreadsheets and electronic mail software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with paid search and display programs, deliverables, execution and reporting
  • Understanding of digital marketing methodology including experience with paid digital media, data-driven analysis, data/analytics dashboards and tools.
