Pro Staff is seeking a skilled Bilingual Office Assistant for a company located in the New Brighton area! If you have previous experience working in an office setting supporting department leads, providing administrative support, running reports, assist with incoming phone calls, and managing calendars, we want to hear from you! Job duties include but not limited to:

  • Duties include filing, data entry, scheduling, answering phones, updating customers, and supporting communications across multiple departments
  • Assist with Human Resource compliance and other administrative tasks
  • Help perform inventory audits using company computer systems
  • Perform order change functions, expedite orders, and help coordinate deliveries
  • Other job duties assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant office experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have good communication and computer skills
