As a Principal M&A and Org Design Consultant you will be the primary HR point of contact for all M&A activity in addition to leading org design engagements across the enterprise. The individual in this position will lead the HR M&A lifecycle from assessing opportunities through due diligence, integration planning and integration execution. You will also lead organization design engagements, conduct organization design reviews, and partner with our Talent COE and HR Generalist teams in building capabilities for the enterprise. Some of the core responsibilities are:

• Lead overall M&A work for HR including but not limited to assessing opportunity, due diligence, closing, integration and transitioning to run state
• Identify and engage the appropriate HR resources to conduct due diligence, assigning roles and responsibilities appropriately
• Act as the liaison between HR and Corporate Development on all potential deal activity; advise the Officer of Corporate Development on HR considerations to assess strategic fit of each acquisition
• Refine the framework and strategy for the HR components of M&A, including the development of portfolio tools, approaches, and playbook
• Develop the HR strategy for each acquisition, including level of integration of acquisition team members and level of oversight as related to day-to-day operations
• Develop and manage the HR Roadmap for each acquisition, which includes managing execution of day-to-day issues, tracking progress, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement and resolving roadblocks
• Drive strategic alignment among the Leadership Team as related to key HR components of each acquisition
• Align and update the HR leadership team on M&A work
• Consult and lead op model projects, fostering the structures needed to support the development of key capabilities and the execution of the business strategy
• Through partnerships with leaders and HRG, review current organizational performance; make recommendations for organizational design and build organizational plans to support changes
• Stay up-to-date and informed on trends and innovations in organization design 
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the org design principles and op model framework for the enterprise

About you:
• Master's Degree
• At least 10 years of experience in HR & acquisitions 
• Strong technical knowledge in areas of HR processes, acquisitions, and org design
• Strategic thinking & influencing
• Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large complex projects
• Experienced handing large amounts of sensitive data
• Superior interpersonal, facilitation, communication and consulting skills
• Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at the most senior levels in the organization
