As a Lead Org Design Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring we continually have the right structures and the right capabilities, at the right cost, needed to propel the growth strategies of the business. The individual in this position will lead organization design engagements, establish and maintain frameworks for monitoring key organizational metrics, conduct organization design reviews, and partner with our Talent COE and HR Generalist teams in building capabilities for the enterprise. Some of the core responsibilities are:

• Consult and lead op model projects, fostering the structures needed to support the development of key capabilities and the execution of the business strategy
• Through partnerships with leaders and HRG, review current organizational performance; make recommendations for organizational design and build organizational plans to support changes
• Support leaders and HRG in organizational changes, providing process support and tools that facilitate a proactive development of organizational capabilities through partnership with L&D
• Provide new designs, tools, benchmarks and methods that will help position the organization and capabilities to grow
• Stay up-to-date and informed on trends and innovations in organization design
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the org design principles and op model framework for the enterprise

About you:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in HR and/or op model/org design
• Strong technical knowledge in areas of HR processes and org design
• Strategic thinking & influencing
• Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large complex projects
• Experienced handing large amounts of sensitive data
• Superior interpersonal, facilitation, communication and consulting skills
• Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at the most senior levels in the organization
