HR Strategy & Operations owns many essential functions that support team members' experience of working at Target. This team includes Strategic Workforce Planning, where you'll make the talent decisions that best serve the organization's business needs, both in the near term and via forecasting years in advance. Or choose a role in Organizational Change Management, where you'll lead support personnel needs through periods of organizational growth and transformation. Or maybe you're an HR Process and Technology guru, where your aptitudes for efficiency and technology will ensure peak HR system performance and getting the maximum possible return on our HR technology investments. 

As a Lead Business Partner OCM, you will focus on helping the Target team adopt behaviors, learn strategies and use tactical tools that will help them drive successful change. Your focus will be to ensure the organization is ready, willing and able to function when there is a highly complex change to an org structure, process, technology and culture.

Increase change capability within client group by representing OCM's value proposition (anticipate how a group will respond to change, manage and influence important stakeholders, address impacts to the end users, manage and deliver communication/engagements, reinforce and sustain change, anticipate and plan for resistance and measure outcomes)

Develop a deep understanding of leaders and team members at all levels within client group by building knowledge of the talent, health and mindset of the team and core business 

Determine work to support within client group (includes handling project intake, scoping and maintaining service level agreements), develops associated OCM resourcing recommendation, and consults on complex changes (consulting model includes ability to lead, communicate, influence and demonstrate strong executive presence, business acumen and strategic mindset)

Deliver recommendations to influence clients (VP level) and partners to become more change capable

Understands connection points across programs and projects (within and beyond own client)

About you: 
4-year degree or equivalent experience

3-5 years of organizational change management experience
Proven ability to effectively coach, influence, and consult with leaders

Strong problem solving and ability to work independently to develop and deliver work plans in service to the business

Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills

Ability to tailor style to a variety of audiences and management levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office
