Do you have previous office and customer service experience? Are you looking for an opportunity to learn and grow with an organization? If so, Pro Staff is seeking a skilled Bilingual Office Administrative for a company located in the New Brighton area! This person will be supporting department supervisors and leads, providing administrative support, running reports, assist with incoming phone calls, managing calendars and much more! Job duties include but not limited to:

  • Duties include filing, data entry, scheduling, answering phones, updating customers, and supporting communications across multiple departments
  • Assist with Human Resource compliance and other administrative tasks
  • Help perform inventory audits using company computer systems
  • Perform order change functions, expedite orders, and help coordinate deliveries
  • Other job duties assigned



  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant office experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have good communication and computer skills
