Integration Technician
Job Details
In partnership with a nationwide technology solutions provider, Pro Staff is now hiring for a Integration Technician in Chanhassen, MN! In this role, the individual will be responsible for preparing various technical devices pertaining to retail need for in-store use and refurbishing returned or damaged equipment. Knowledge of relevant warehouse and production procedure is highly preferred, in order to ensure a smooth transition. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, superior ability to multi-task, prioritize and adjust to changing workload.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead project duties include scheduling, workload management and troubleshooting
- Stage, configure and test new or returned devices according to client specifications
- Continuously track and correct system errors based on troubleshooting efforts
- Make changes to settings of devices as necessary
- Label and package devices as necessary
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
