Pro Staff in Chanhassen, MN is now hiring for a temporary Field Support Associate! This is the perfect position for someone with a customer service background such as serving or retail work, who are looking for a new position to with regular business hours to gain office experience. Candidates must feel comfortable in a fast paced environment, and be flexible and adaptable to manage changing priorities. The project is expected to last 6 months. 

Pay: $16-19/hour depending on experience

Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday, (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Sunday - Thursday (Sunday 5:30pm - 1:30am and Monday - Thursday 7:00 pm - 3:00 am)

Types of Calls will include:

• Check in calls with field technicians who are arriving to their worksite
• Check out calls with field technicians to verify that all tasks were completed
• Support calls to troubleshoot hardware issues

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
• Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize and adjust to changing workflow
• Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to troubleshoot
